Apart from the mussels, this year we sought to use STAB's new zebrafish facility as well as algae to test the effects of various different conditions on the embryonic development of the zebrafish as well as the health of the algae. These experiments gave us a deeper knowledge of the effects of different environmental factors on the health of aquatic life.
